Gentle Nervous System Reset Yoga
A slow, grounding yoga class designed to help you soften, breathe, and come back into your body. This practice moves intentionally, with plenty of options and pauses, so you can listen inward rather than push. Expect gentle movement, simple stretches, breath awareness, and moments of stillness woven throughout.
This class is welcoming for all levels, especially anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, or in need of a calmer way to move.
Coming Soon — Yin & Restorative Yoga
A deeply nourishing practice focused on rest, release, and nervous system support. This class uses longer-held, supported postures to gently open the body while giving the mind space to settle. Props are encouraged, and effort is kept to a minimum.

A guided experience centered on mindfulness, breath, and gentle awareness. This class offers space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner rhythm through simple breathing techniques and guided meditation.
